Two NUA Dalmatians Spotted in New Mexico

Marion & Terry feel incredibly lucky to be owned by two beautiful and intelligent NUA Dalmatians. "Will" Encantado's Where There's a Will and "Lyra" Aberdeen's Enchanted Interlude

Will was born June 5 2007 and came to live with us when he was 11 weeks old. We quickly realized that this young man was a wonderful ambassador of the breed. There wasn't a dog, cat or person that he didn't charm with his good manners and cheerful disposition. However he heard out of one ear ( known as having Unilateral hearing) and therefore could not pass his wonderful genes on. He is leaving this job to his brother Mickie.

Will's favorite thing to do ( other than eat) is to run every day in the mountains at the back of Los Alamos and in the mountains and canyons of Colorado, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico.


Pictured at the top with Will, is a new addition to the family. Her name is Lyra and she too is a normal uric acid Dalmatian. There will be more information to come shortly about this sweet young dog.

Darling Daisy

Daisy From Rim Rock is from the Topper - Gambit litter. At 4 months of age Daisy is already doing therapy work. She is Uu which means she carries one copy of the normal gene. She is owned and loved by Dr. Rita Harrison and bred by Barb Allison. Her pedigree can be found at http://www.freewebs.com/rimrockdals/toppergambit.htm

She is always ready to help around the house with big chores such as excavating or painting!

Jedi

This darling little fellow is "Jedi", Cardel's Obie Wind Kenobi. Jedi is owned by a young junior handler named Tyler . As you can see, he has taken to being a Florida boy - there is an avocado tree in his front yard and it is loaded. A few drop when the winds get blustery. Jedi likes retrieving them, and the coconuts. He rolls them around the driveway and pounces on them - quite entertaining. As you can see from the first photo, he's NOT giving this one up! Jedi was born in May of 2009 and was bred by Alice Milwid.

Tommy

This sweet boy is Robinwood Rainmaker at Siobahn. Tommy's sire is AKC Ch Robinwood Ripley and his dam is UKC Ch Robinwood Penny Ante who is a liver. Tommy is Uu and owned by Jeff Gillespie. Tommy is a moderate dog and is producing very pretty puppies.
